在留資格「留学」でアルバイトする場合は、事前に「資格外活動許可」を得る必要があります。許可を受けると１週間につき２８時間以内、また長期休業期間中は１日８時間以内かつ週４０時間以内でアルバイトが可能です。 To work part-time with “Student” status, you need to get a “permission to engage in an activity other than those permitted by the status of residence previously granted”. Then you may work within 28-hour per week, otherwise within 8-hour long in a day and 40 hours in a week during a break. |

法政大学以外の日本の学校（日本語学校含む）から法政大学に入学する方、また法政大学を卒業したり他大学に進学する方は入管に届出が必要です。入学前に法政大学を通じて在留更新する場合は届出不要です。届出方法等は以下をご確認ください。申請に必要な法政大学の法人番号は 4010005002359 です。 Students who enroll Hosei University from other institutions in Japan (incl. language school) and students who graduate from Hosei University or go to another university have to notify the immigration office. 兵役休学者のJasso学習奨励費（予約者）や授業料減免の扱いについて教えてください。 I am/will be in the military service and taking a leave of absence. I would like to know about my Jasso Scholarship reservation holder (Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students) and tuition reduction. |
Jasso学習奨励費（予約者）はJassoのルールにより当該年度しか受給できないため、予約者であっても入学直後から兵役休学する場合は受給できません。また、受給途中で兵役休学する場合は、最後の在籍サインをした月までの受給となります。 Even though you are a Jasso Scholarship reservation holder, you may not receive the scholarship if you take a leave of absence for the military service right after your enrollment. If you take a leave of absence after start-receiving the scholarship, you can receive until the month in which you signed your last enrollment. |

□前の住所の市・区役所に「転出届」を出し、 同じ市・区内で引越しをした場合は □今の住所の市・区役所に転入届を出し、 □大学に登録している住所を変更する □郵便の転送手続きをする □そのほか金融機関や携帯電話会社、クレジットカード会社などに住所変更の届出をする □Submit a notification of moving out 「転出届」 to the previous address city office. Return your National Health Insurance card 「健康保険証」. If you move WITHIN the same city, just submit a notification of relocation 「転居届」 to the city office. No need to return your National Health Insurance card 「健康保険証」. □Submit a notification of moving in 「転入届」 to the new address city office.
