For new students, please check the materials for guidance for international students
and submit required documents(WEB) by 9/25.
1. International Student Guidance for Fall 2023 Freshmen
①International Student Guidance
Guidance for this year will be held by Hybrid Session (Both Face-to-Face and Online)
on 9/13, 12:30~15:00 at Y406 on Ouchiyama Bldg.4th floor.
(At the beginning of the guidance, HI-C orange which is a student’s community for international exchange introduce their activity.)
Please be sure to check the “International Student Guidance” in advance.
Regarding students who can’t come to Universty, please attend by Zoom.
We tell students Zoom information by email.
②Guidance on Japanese life ※notified by email
we have Q&A session about Guidance on Japanese life after International Student Guidance.
Please check the material “Guidance on Japanese life” in advance and if you have questions,
please ask us on the date.
2. To submit required documents(WEB)（Deadlime:Sep.25）
Please refer to the manual and make sure to apply from the following. The deadline is 9/25.
①Data Slip and Tuition Reduction Application for International Students (Both new and enrolled students need to apply every year.)
※There is no scholarship for new students.(JASSO scholarship candidates are already decided)

①留学生ガイダンス資料
今年度のガイダンスは9月13日12時30分～15時00分に大内山校舎4階Y406教室でハイフレックス形式で実施します。(ガイダンス冒頭には、国際交流サークルHI-C Orangeによるサークル紹介を行います。)
事前に留学生ガイダンスの資料を確認してから当日ご参加ください。
教室での参加が難しい方はZoomでご参加ください。URL等のZoom情報はメールでご連絡します。
②日本の生活ガイダンス資料 Emailで通知します。
留学生ガイダンスの後には「日本の生活ガイダンス資料」についてのQ&Aセッションを行います。
9/13までにご確認いただき、不明点等ありましたら、当日質問してください。

マニュアルを参照の上、以下のリンクよりWEB上で①外国人留学生データ票及び授業料減免申請（全員）を2023年9月25日までに行ってください。
