Support for Evacuated Ukrainian Students

  •  In view of the current crisis in Ukraine, Hosei University has decided to provide short-term study opportunities in Japan as humanitarian aid to Ukrainian students who have fled the military invasion of their country and who wish to continue their studies in Japan.

  • 1. Eligible Applicants
  • (1) University students (including recent graduates) evacuated from Ukraine
    (2) Those who have the language proficiency to take classes at Hosei University in Japanese or in
  •           English
  • 2. Number of Places to be Offered
  •   Several places, as non-degree seeking students (visiting international students, fee paying)

  • 3. Period of Study
  •   September, 2022 – August, 2023

  • 4. Support
  • (1) Tuition waiver
    (2) Provision of accommodation
    (3) Livelihood assistance
  • 5. Application Deadline ”Changed”
