Mr. Christian Sarkar
Christian Sarkar is a leading voice in regenerative leadership, the common good, and the transformation of business and society in a time of collapse and renewal. He is a writer, artist, and co-founder of the Regenerative Marketing Institute, and the co-author of several books with Philip Kotler, including Brand Activism: From Purpose to Action, Losing Our Democracy, Regeneration:The Future of Community in a Permacrisis World, and Wicked Problems: What can we do in this time of collapse? His latest book is Regenerative Leadesrhip: What the World Needs Now. His work focuses on regenerative leadership, the common good, democracy, community regeneration, and the transformation of business from profit-centered to regenerative enterprise models.

Uta Shimada, Ph.D. Senior Director, CHRO Office, Fujitsu Limited
Senior HR Director and Ph.D. in Sociology, bridging global corporate leadership with academic insight into organizational behavior, career development, and cross-cultural dynamics.
At Fujitsu, she leads enterprise-wide well-being and next-generation inclusion strategies, advancing a human-centric model of corporate transformation that unlocks individual potential, strengthens organizational capability, and contributes to the restoration of human vitality in societies.
Having personally navigated Diversity 1.0—as a woman in corporate Japan and a foreigner in Europe—she remains passionate about creating relationships and cultures where all individuals can unleash their full potential with authenticity.
She is also a mother of two.

Dr. Khor Diana
Dr. Diana Khor obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.Soc.Sc.) and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Sociology from the University of Hong Kong, followed by a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology from Stanford University. Born and educated in Hong Kong during the British colonial era, she has been interested in issues relating to gender, class, race, and colonialism since her university days. In her research, she seeks to critique Western-centric universalized knowledge regarding gender and sexuality, aiming to develop theories and concepts grounded in Asian experiences. Having served as Dean of the Faculty of Global and Interdisciplinary Studies (GIS) (2015, 2016, 2019) and Executive Vice-President for Global Diversity and Gender Equality (2021–2024), she assumed the role of President in 2025. Drawing on her research, teaching, and personal experiences, she is leading the university toward becoming a truly inclusive and global institution.
