外国人留学生（学部生）向けの外部財団奨学金情報をお知らせします。
外部財団奨学金には３タイプあります。「学内選考」「大学とりまとめ」「直接応募」で、それぞれの説明は下記を参照してください。
大学がご案内している外部財団奨学金一覧はページ下部に掲載されており随時アップデートされます。
なお、直接応募タイプの奨学金は下記大学からの案内一覧に掲載されているもの以外にも一般公開されているものもあります。

大学院生は、大学院奨学金ページを確認してください。

  注意：
  学部生は、前年度休学に伴い留年している場合（兵役休学含む）、学内選考奨学金は原則対象となりません。
  なお、国費留学生に支給される年額の給与額（学部生：1,440千円　修士：1,764千円　博士：1,776千円）を超える奨学金を受給した場合は、授業料減免制度の対象外となります。
  授業料減免制度については、下記をご参照ください。

  If you have received a scholarship that exceeds the amount of the stipend paid to government-sponsored international students (Undergraduate: 1,440,000 yen, Master's: 1,764,000 yen, Doctoral: 1,776,000 yen), you will not be eligible for the tuition  reduction scholarship.

学内選考 / Internal Selection

年度初めにグローバル教育センターに申請し、学内選考で推薦者に選ばれた方だけが応募できます。

notify Global Education Center at the beginning of each academic year. Only internally selected students are eligible to apply.

毎年度はじめにオンラインシステムで奨学金の申請をします。申請内容をもとに、グローバル教育センターで推薦者の選出を行い、推薦者として決定した方には個別に連絡をします。申請期間や方法は、グローバル教育センターよりメールでご連絡します。推薦者として選ばれなかった方には選考結果を通知しませんので、ご承知おきください。

At the beginning of the academic year, you will get the list of the scholarships that are expected to be offered for that year. Based on the contents of your notification, you will automatically be a nominee for internal selection. If you have been selected as a recommended person, you will get an email from Global Education Center. Those who are not selected as recommended person will not be notified of the selection results. 

大学取りまとめ / University Coordination

募集条件に合えば誰でも自由に大学を通じて応募できます。

No internal selection. All eligible person can apply via Hosei.

学内の選考はありません。各自が大学からの告知を随時確認し、希望の奨学金についてグローバル教育センターに応募書類を提出してください。

There is no internal selection process. Students should check the announcement from the university from time to time and submit the application documents to Global Education Center regarding the scholarship of their choice.

直接応募 / Direct Application

募集条件に合えば誰でも自由に直接応募できます。

All eligible person can apply directly to the foundation.

学内の選考はありません。各自が大学からの告知や、その他の一般公開情報などを随時確認し、希望の奨学金について応募要項に記載の方法で直接財団に応募してください。

There is no internal selection process. Students should check the announcements from the university and other available information from time to time, and apply directly to the foundation for the scholarship of their choice by the method described in the application guidelines.
