Issuance of Certificate of school enrollment and Transcript

New students should prepare the documents according to the table below（for students who enrolled in English degree program)

When applying in the fall semester after enrollment	・Issue your certificate at the automatic certificate machine.	★Inform the immigration officer that the HOSEI university transcript cannot be issued yet. ・If you advanced to a higher degree within Hosei university, please prepare one copy of the "Certificate of Transcript and Graduation" from your previous department. * Certificates from your previous department cannot be issued via the automatic certificate machine. Please apply at the counter of your previous department or use the Online Certificate Application Service. ・Students who enrolled from a Japanese school, including language schools, need a graduation certificate and an attendance record from that school. ・Students who enrolled from schools in their home country are not required to submit these documents.
